I also understand a deposit of $325 US is required to secure my reservation. 50% of the balance is due 45 days prior to departure, and the remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to departure.

CONDITIONS ACCEPTED BY PARTICIPANTS ON THIS TRIP
 P.T.I. provides for hotel and all ground and sea transportation to destination. P.T.I. or its agents have  NO liability whatsoever for any injury, illness, accident, death, damage, loss, or delay to persons and or property that may result from negligence of, or by default of any hotel carrier, or acts of God. Also, P.T.I., its agents and employees are indemnified and held harmless for any additional expenses, delays, re-routing, omissions, or actions of any government authority. Participants are responsible for all expenses not covered by the tour such as additional meals, drinks, phone calls, side trips, taxis, etc. Payment and Signature for this trip acknowledges full consent to all the above provisions.
Your Trip reservation may be canceled  "in writing" 45 days prior to departure. There may be a cancellation fee imposed by ticket provider and or air line that will be accessed to YOU. Some tickets may be non refundable.  A $500.00US penalty is required on cancellation of trips after 45 days prior to planned departure. A nominal cancellation fee of $750.00 will be incurred in the case of reservations being cancelled from 30 days to 18 days prior to departure. 
A cancellation fee of $1200.00 will be incurred in the case of reservations being cancelled 17 days or less prior to departure
